The hotel’s restaurant uses only locally sourced ingredients and carefully prepares food with a particular penchant for safety and flavor. The restaurant is open to persons not staying in the hotel as well.
The restaurant serves carefully planned course dinners prepared with only local ingredients, like a Nabe Course with Michinoku Seiryu chicken, a Shabu-Shabu Course made with Hakkin Pork and a Sukiyaki Course made with Iwate Beef. Reserve course dinners no later than 3 days in advance.
Other simple course dinners are available.
A healthy Japanese breakfast is served buffet style. Breakfast features seasonal items and miso soup.
